The popularisation of the Violence Against Persons’ Prohibition Law in States (POVAPPS) project seeks to promote the implementation of the VAPP (Violence Against Persons Prohibition) law in States. This is done by forming community vanguards, using simplified versions of the laws to reach the wider community, including students, artisans and market players, and the public, to protect, prevent and report Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).
